Dereroy & Co., a.s.
is a joint stock company incorporated on April 14, 2020, under the laws of the Czech Republic, more precisely the law 90/2012 Sb., The Business Corporations Act, with the right to conduct business in the area of production, trade and services, excluding activities listed in exhibits 1 to 3 of the law No: 455/1991 Sb., the Trade Licensing Act.
The Articles of Association further restrict the frame of permitted activities to those defined in points 17,31,47,56,60,62,64,65,70 and 76 of Exhibit 4 of the Trade Licensing Act, provided that the latter are executed in order to serve the main scope of company’s operation which is exclusively focused on the management of a specific portfolio of contractually acquired rights on a scientific invention for universal, exothermic conversion/transformation of gaseous and liquid chemical elements and/or compounds.
